Delivery

We deliver across the United Kingdom. Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days. Once dispatched, most UK deliveries arrive within 2–3 working days. Orders placed at the weekend or on bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Trade orders

The H&G Variety Starter Pack and other online orders need no trade account and no minimum order. For larger or recurring trade volumes, or delivery to multiple sites, talk to the team and we will arrange the most sensible delivery schedule for your venue.

Subscriptions

If you order on a subscription, each renewal is dispatched on the same schedule as a standard order. You can pause or cancel at any time before your next renewal.

Problems with a delivery

If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived when expected, email trade@hopeandglorytea.com with your order number and we will put it right.
